Biography

Growing up in Butler, Pennsylvania I was such a tom boy! As a little girl, I was put into every activity possible, from ballet and gymnastics to pitching on the boys baseball team. Being so involved in athletics allowed me to always have a craving for competition no matter what I was involved in. I continued in sports through high school and even a year of volleyball in college. During my sophomore year I was in the audience for our university’s Bodybuilding and Fitness Show. After seeing the show I new I belonged up on stage. Jacob Right got  me helped get me started on weight training and eating requirements, and helped educate me in about the sport. I ditched team sports and trained for a new physique, little did I know that my life was about to change.
In college I was studying secondary education social studies, and also for a degree in History. I am honestly no history buff whatsoever, but an area of expertise eventually needed to be chosen to study. After experiencing my first show, Jacob and I knew that in order to improve my physique we had to look for help elsewhere. Mike Davies was referred to me by Mari Kudla, a pro figure competitor whom I looked up to. His training and knowledge has transformed my physique to a level I never imagined. As my status grew in the sport, so did my passion for training and learning about the human body. I dropped my education major my senior year, and only graduated with my B.A. in History. I wanted to become a certified personal trainer and use all that I have learned to help others.
As of July 2006 I am an IFBB Pro!! I am continuing my passion for personal training, as well as engaging into bigger projects within the fitness industry. I have big plans for myself as a business woman and pro athlete. I am so thankful I can make a living working with my passion for fitness!
