SHELBY RIGHT IS NOW AN IFBB PRO by taking 2nd in her class at 2006 Figure Nationals in NYC
Hello again! I apologize for the delay in updating my news section, so allow me to let you in on the latest happenings... Right now I am in training for my pro debut, the Pittsburgh Pro May 3-4. Pro debut in my home town? Can it get any better than that??! I am so excited to get up on that stage as a PRO. I use to compete as an amateur there and always watched the pros compete thinking to myself “one day that will be me on that stage”. All my hard work paid off and I am going to have one heck of a proud moment when I step foot on that stage this year. I am so honored to be competing on the same stage with so many talented athletes, some who I have watched since I began competing 4 years ago. Now I am the little fish in the big pond again, but don’t worry I am going to make sure I make a big splash regardless if I am a rookie. I am coming out with a new look, name change, and presence. But the competitiveness running through my veins and my desire to be my best will never change. Before I sign off I want to give a huge thanks and congrats to my girl Corry Matthews who just had her pro debut at the Arnold Classic! She’s a wonderful friend and teammate for sure. As always a special thanks to my trainer Mike Davies of the Fitness Factory. Thank you to my family, friends, J.C., Jeff Hammond, and my wonderful training clientele for your support that I have received to get through some hard times and wind up a survivor and winner! Wish me luck this year, God Bless!
