Growing up, I was always the tom boy…beating the boys at their game in soccer, baseball, you name it, I was out to beat you. That drive and eagerness to win is in my blood, (thanks dad!) and I will fail at nothing to be the best nutrition professional, the best athlete, the best wife, mom (to my 4 pups and 2 kitties), and role model in the community.
I love an adrenaline rush, and fell in love with weight training in college, got hooked on competing, and eventually achieved pro status as an IFBB Figure competitor, an international organization and highest achievable status in the competition industry at a young age of 22. After working as a full-time personal trainer, I moved to Virginia to take a break from competing and take my personal career and life to another level. Throughout my life I have been absolutely intrigued with nutrition and was fortunate enough to have through so much personal nutrition experience myself due to my athlete background. I continued reading everything I could to help my clients, and eventually went back to school to solidify what I was truly believe what I was born to do, and I have not been proven wrong since. Because of my IFBB pro status, many sought out my services to help them achieve their personal goals of competing in a bodybuilding or fitness show too, therefore you will see some photos of myself and these clients on this sight. Don’t worry, if that’s not your goal, I won’t make you look big and bulky and “ripped”! 90% of those that I work with on an every day basis do NOT compete
Every piece of my life has allowed me to grow as an individual, business owner, and nutrition expert, and today I work with hundreds of clients looking to lose fat, gain muscle, compete, lower blood pressure, and just be happy with their health and nutrition. I am blessed and thankful that I have the ability to have a solution for those seeking my nutrition services. Every day I work from the time I get up until the time my head hits the pillow, but with a smile because my job is not a “job”. I love every moment of my day, and I am fortunate to be part of so many people’s personal fitness journeys.
