Christine Woodyard-16 years old, looking to drop body fat to improve swimming performance. With only 6 sessions she became a champion of nutrition! Losing almost 6% body fat and approximately 15lbs of fat, AND gained 2 lbs of fat-burning muscle! Wow!
” Hi Shelby,
THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH FOR YOUR WORK WITH CHRISTINE!!!! As you have probably deduced, she is thrilled with the results! Before she came to you she really was at an impasse and I think she saw her desire to lose weight almost as an impossibility. You changed that and gave her the hope, encouragement and motivation to do what she has done. She continues to stick with the plan, move forward and, as a result, her self-esteem and self-confidence continues to blossom . The impact of your work with her has truly been life-changing and I thank you for that!
If you ever are in need of clients, let me know for I already have a few to send your way. With warm regards, Kathy”
Client of the Month of August 2011: Marianne C!
Congrats to Marianne! She is just shy of 25lbs of fat loss! The fat model only represents 5lbs of fat, wow! She has made many changes beyond nutrition, including
personal behavior changes that are not easy to change: conquering eating behaviors that shadowed her her from childhood, creating a new workout
standard, and elevating her confidence proving that she CAN do this, just to name a few! Marianne emailed me just 24 hours ago:

“Hi Shelby!! Just wanted to let you know that this morning I was able to fit into a pair of pants I have not worn for 2 years!!!
WHOO-HOO!! I think I actually did a dance of joy!! Thank you so much for everything you do-you are awesome!!
“
Who woulda thought??? Really after an entire life (42 years) of having what I thought was my body, I never realized I could have this new one. I never realized my true potential. My average “heavy” weight even while working out was 135-145 lbs.My heaviest steady weight was 150 lbs. plus. After 4 months with Shelby’s guidance, I have reached 111 lbs. and I see a new person in the mirror…an athlete. Along the way, I have discovered if you want a dramatic change, you need to take dramatic measures and “all you gotta do is do it.”
Thanks Shelby!

Shelby,
just a thank you for the help with Moe last night. She (and I) were very impressed and Moe really took in a lot. She took her papers to bed last night reading them and I can tell a lot of what you said has sunken in. The “tell” for me was that Moe had asked to eat chinese across from your store afterward last night and, when we got done, she said “why don’t we just hit bloom and get some cheese and turkey sliced at the deli”. Clearly, you had a good impact on her thinking and I really appreciate your approach to it.At some point, I’m going to get Moe’s older sister to sit with you. She (16 yrs old) is not an athlete and she’s always battled with being overweight even though I think that she thinks she’s trying to eat right. I pitched it last night and we’ll see where that goes. Thanks again for the HUGE help with Moe. I’m sure we’ll stay in touch and meet again!! Gary T.
